Job Description :

  Proficiency and Basic knowledge on MS office.

  Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the

  ability to solve problems

  Ability to learn quickly and stay current with new business

  processes and new technologies.

  Should be able to communicate with UK customers over

  voice and email.

  Graduation or above.

  Excellent organisational skills.

  Ability to grasp concepts quickly.

  Experience in an ISP/ICT Provisioning environment

  Experience of managing customer relationships and issues

  Project Co-ordination experience
