:
Ensure billings from the signed up customers.
Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets.
Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of team on
the floor.
Ensuring correspondence between Amex Implementation team and getting
approvals.
Thorough cross checking of signup documentation which has been
collected by the SM.
Help the team
Identity such corporate by cold calling / Data base calling and
reach the key decision makers.
