Business Development responsible for increasing share of business in
the assigned customer segment/ geographies.
Claims management and meaning engagement with internal stakeholders
on claim reviews.
Expected to help MO’s/ RM’s in their training & career
development needs and help identify future leaders.
Involves smooth coordination with other departments such as
underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.
Eagerness to learn complex and new age product
Open to travel across locations towards meeting business objectives.
